About Mannsville Free Library

Mannsville Free Library is part of the North Country Library System (NCLS) and your card can be used online or in person in Mannsville or in any of the other 64 NCLS libraries throughout the north country. Mannsville Free Library is fine-free and provides:

  • adult, young adult, and juvenile fiction and non-fiction, and classic books,
  • graphic novels,
  • DVDs, audio books, and,
  • an extensive local history selection by area authors.

Our services include: 

  • free passes to local museums and attractions,
  • in-house access to and assistance with genealogy and other platforms,
  • printing, internet, and computer use.

Wednesday2 PM – 6 PM
Thursday2 PM – 6 PM
Friday9 AM – Noon
Saturday9 AMNoon
