
Patrons can request materials not available at Mannsville Free Library through interlibrary loan. To request an item, you can either:
- Visit us in-person.
- Call us at 315-465-4049.
- Place an online hold through the North Country Library System’s Catalog.
VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT
- Go to nclscatalog.org.
- Select “My Account” and enter your library card number and pin number.
- Select “Personal Information”, “Checkouts”, “Holds”, or “Bills” depending on what information you wish to view.
PLACING A HOLD
- Go to nclscatalog.org.
- Select “My Account” and enter your library card number and pin number.
- Search for the items you wish to borrow.
- You have the option to narrow the search results using the search limits.
- Select the title for more information or select “Place Hold” to request the item.
- Select the library where you would like to pick up the items.
- Select “Place Hold” again.
- The library will contact you when your items are ready for pickup.
RENEW LIBRARY ITEMS
- Go to nclscatalog.org.
- Select “My Account” and enter your library card number and pin number.
- Select “Checkouts”.
- A list of items that are currently checked out to you will be displayed.
- Select “Renew”.
- The due date will be updated. If it cannot be renewed, a message in red will appear under the title.
